In-house repairs
Our highly qualified engineers are experienced in isolating errors down to the chip level in a relatively short timeframe, this obviously keeps the diagnosis costs down and speeds up the repair and return procedure.
Due to the way repair costs are calculated, mainly engineering time, they can sometimes drift into the thousands, this obviously wouldn't be a cost effective solution, here at GCB Ltd we ensure this doesn't happen with our fixed cost diagnostics charge.
Our designated repair facility contains a large selection of test/diagnostic equipment and incorporates full ESD control which enables us to complete repairs on a wide range of Unix hardware.

Onsite Installation
If you don’t have the skills in-house, we can supply a trained engineer at a fixed daily rate during or outside business hours. If you’ve just purchased a new server through GCB Ltd, let us deliver a complete working solution from hardware delivery through to installation.
System Upgrades
Do you need to use our technical expertise to upgrade your Systems? Our engineers are available when you decide on the best downtime for you. Should you require an end to end solution, we check on the technical specification of the upgrade required, provide the upgrade options, source any parts needed, arrange the installation date, install the hardware and hand over the completed upgrade.
Equipment relocation
Are you moving buildings or relocating across the UK? We can have a team of engineers to assist in the safe shut down and disconnection of critical servers through to connectivity set at the new site, returning your business back to the original position prior to the move.
Warranty and Service Contracts
We can offer an extended warranty on all repaired products and even incorporate them into one of maintenance contracts.
